What I like about it
Edit (10 Mar 2025): I now use the premium version of Capsule as it integrates seamlessly with my accounting software, Xero.
I use Capsule because it's one of few CRMs that have a free forever plan but is not as cluttered and messy like Hubspot or Zoho. I just need to keep track of my sales pipeline, when I need to follow-up with my clients, and the projects I follow. Capsule does just that.
What I don't like about it
It's not as sleek and responsive as Pipedrive, which I've used extensively and consider superior. Their app does its job, but it could do it better as it doesn't feel "native". But still - it's free.
